Salvation

Facts you should know and believe to have eternal life -- straight from the Bible:

All are sinners:
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)

We can do nothing good to pay for our sins:
There is none righteous, no, not one . . . there is none that doeth good, no, not one. (Romans 3:10, 12)
Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

(Romans 3:20)

Death and Hell is the price for our sins:

For the wages of sin is death. (Romans 6:23)
And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. (Revelation 20:14)

Jesus Christ paid the price to save us:

For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

(I Corinthians 15:3-4)

You must believe that Jesus Christ is your only hope for eternal salvation:

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6)
And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. (Acts 16:31)
